3. Email and Communication Restrictions

When using Caraer’s communication and marketing tools, you must not:

• Send unsolicited commercial email (“spam”) in violation of applicable anti-spam laws (such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, or other regional regulations).
• Use false or misleading subject lines or headers.
• Omit required information in your communications, such as a clear unsubscribe option and your valid contact details.

4. Enforcement and Consequences

Caraer reserves the right to investigate violations of this AUP. If we determine that your use of the Services violates this policy, we may:

• Remove or disable access to any content that violates this policy.
• Suspend or terminate your access to the Services.
• Report unlawful activity to law enforcement authorities. We aim to provide notice before taking action, but we may act immediately without notice if necessary to protect the Services, our customers, or others.
